Cenanghill Beachfront Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Here’s our simple and transparent cancellation policy for all accommodation bookings at Cenanghill Beachfront, Langkawi:
🕐 Standard Cancellation (for Direct Bookings)
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date.
50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.
🌴 Peak Season & Public Holidays
During peak periods (e.g. school holidays, public holidays, and festive seasons), the following policy applies:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in.
No refund within 7 days of arrival.
🔁 Date Changes
One-time rescheduling allowed up to 3 days before arrival, subject to room availability.
Rescheduling not available within 48 hours of check-in.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
